Do you provide a 'do it yourself' service?
No we don't. We will fit and collect all chair covers and sashes before and after your occasion.
How do I know that your chair covers will fit?
As part of our service we will arrange to meet you and the venue organiser prior to the occasion with our samples so you can decide which chair cover and sash you require.
Do you send out samples of your chair covers?
No, as we already include attending your venue with samples as part of our service at no extra cost.
Will there be a charge for your fitting and collection service?
Not normally, however depending on your location we may have to make a small charge if your chosen venue is more than 30 miles away please contact us for a quote.
I won't know exactly how many guests are coming until nearer the time. Will I be able to confirm this later?
Yes, when you make your booking we ask for approximate numbers as we realise you won't have confirmed numbers until nearer the time. All we ask is that you confirm the number of chair covers approx four weeks before your occasion; we will then amend your balance invoice accordingly. Should you have any changes during balance payment and your event please notify us as soon as possible.
When is the balance payment due?
The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your occasion. We will confirm numbers and send you a reminder.
Is VAT applicable to the hire prices? No
What method of payments do you accept? Our preferred payment option is electronic bank transfers. We also accept cheques made payable to ‘Leah Jameson’ or cash. If you wish to pay via bank transfer/bill payment then please contact us for further information.
Are we required to pay a damage deposit? We currently do not ask for a damage deposit as we trust that if any of our hired items are found damaged beyond repair or missing upon collection that our replacement invoice will be paid in full.
Do we need to do anything with the covers after they have been used? After we have dressed your chairs we shall speak with your venue and ask the staff to store all hired items ready for us to collect the next day.
